I was terrible at sports as a kid, but everyone on the team got a trophy. Come to think of it, I may still have a few of those in the attic. When I was in high school, trophies were a little harder to come by, but I did manage to win my fair share in my years on the debate team. Yes, I was a super nerd.
As adults, it is rare that we get recognition like that. That’s why the Jazz team is excited about the recent announcement from Evans Data, and we wanted to share it with you. IBM Rational has been named the “User’s Choice” winner in the category of Software Development Platforms. In case you are keeping count, that makes 6 times out of the last 7 years that we have won that distinction.

What makes this award even sweeter is that it wasn’t from a panel of a few judges. It was, in fact, more than 1200 developers who cast their votes in a variety of different categories. We’re honored to be recognized as your tool of choice!
The report states that “The Rational tool suite, together in the Jazz Platform, integrates a comprehensive workflow that allows architects and developers to work on all parts of the software delivery. “
And since we love you, we’ve even purchased the redistribution rights to the report. You can download a free copy below. (Now….you can’t say we haven’t done anything for you lately!)
Keep on coding,
Dan Griffin
