Jazz Jazz Community Blog Welcome to the new Jazz.net!

If you visit jazz.net often, you probably notice that we look quite different today. This all-new look, however, is just part of the story behind what’s new.

More projects on jazz.net

We heard you loud and clear: Rational Requirements Composer and Rational Quality Manager are now fully onboard at jazz.net, joining Rational Team Concert and Jazz Foundation. We encourage you to learn about these projects, download and try a release or beta, and start giving us feedback. You can now watch the teams make progress toward their plans, and you can actively participate by opening bugs and enhancement requests based on your trial use.

You can also learn more about the integrations between Rational Team Concert, Rational Requirements Composer, and Rational Quality Manager on the Collaborative ALM project page.

Stay tuned for more projects coming soon!

More usable, useful, and enjoyable

We’re committed to transparency in our software development on jazz.net, so we wanted to make sure that your experience here is enjoyable and useful. Our goal was to make it easier for you to find what you’re looking for and to provide higher quality content to enrich your experience with our Jazz technology and products.

Here are a few of the changes we’ve made:

  • All new project pages. Learn about the products, join the conversation, and begin participating.
  • New library. Find technical articles, documentation, podcasts, presentations, tech notes, and videos. Search by products, keywords, and tags! We’re working to enable our developers to produce better and more consumable materials, like short “how-to” videos and “what’s new” presentations.
  • Improved downloads pages. Easily find what you’re looking for, so you can download it, try it, and give us feedback.
  • Increased exposure for our valued business partners. We feature their logos throughout the site and make it easier for you to learn about their offerings.
  • More community focus. Watch the Twitter activity around Jazz and enjoy our enhanced blog, now categorized by product.
  • Improved site hierarchy and navigation (global menus at top and bottom of every page).
  • And much more!

As always, we want you to be the judge, so let us know what you think. Take a look around the site, get involved, and add your comments below. You can also contact us directly at webmaster@jazz.net.

We hope you enjoy the new site, and we look forward to hearing from you!
