The License Key Server Administration and Reporting Tool (ART) has been fully modernized. The user interface has been migrated from Angular to React and rebuilt using the IBM Carbon Design System — delivering a faster, more responsive, and visually consistent experience. This modernization also lays a strong foundation for future enhancements across the ICL platform.
