You spoke, we listened – We’re changing the way ideas are submitted to IBM

For many years, the IBM Request For Enhancement (RFE) Program has provided an opportunity for customers, business partners and IBMers to suggest changes to our products and services.  However, we know from what you have told us that it hasn’t always been easy to understand the status of your ideas.  This is now about to change.  The IBM Engineering Portfolio is embarking on an IBM-wide program to provide you with a better way to tell us what you need.

Starting the week of September 13, 2021, we are going to migrate existing RFEs onto a single company-wide platform called the IBM Ideas Portal.  Ultimately, this will provide stakeholders with a single view into your ideas, an easier way to track them and the ability to collaborate with users, partners and IBMers around the world.

With this migration, the ability to submit enhancement requests through Jazz.net will be disabled.   Existing enhancements will continue to be visible in Jazz.net, however, all future enhancement requests will be submitted through the new ideas portal.

For the latest information on this program and how it affects the ideas you have submitted, along with finding your way around our new solution, please visit the new IBM Ideas page: https://ideas.ibm.com/

Many thanks,

The IBM Engineering Product Management Team

The IBM Ideas portal requires an IBMid for access.  If you do not have an IBMid, please create one here.
