We are pleased to announce that the Rational Build Forge 8.0.0.6 fix pack is now available for download on jazz.net!

This release addresses customer concerns around security, which have been long-overdue. Apache HTTPD, PHP, OpenSSL and Apache Tomcat components have been upgraded to later versions in-order to address multiple security advisories. See this Security Bulletin for details.

Multiple customer reported issues in the area of Adaptors, Step Execution and Project Execution have been addressed in this delivery vehicle.

You will also be able to configure your Build Forge Adaptor to send notification emails when your project execution finishes.

The primary focus area for the Build Forge development team in 2017 has been Client Care, which involves resolving customer issues and addressing key customer Request for Enhancements (RFEs).

As the Rational Build Forge development team plans for future releases of Rational Build Forge, customers are encouraged to participate by raising RFEs on IBM developerWorks forum. Issues can be raised as Problem Management Record (PMR) on IBM Support channel.
