When removing the attribute, we want to have it disconnected from the artifact types that it was added into through templateﾠ Also, would like to understand if someone has a current change set out there and has added something to that attribute but not delivered it yet, and delivers after the template update is made, whether their change set will deliver and ignore that attribute or block the change set from delivering.
