Hi all,
I have a list of artifacts in DNG which I exported to another DNG Server. But on the other Server the artifacts are displayed with different Artifact-ID. My question is,

Is the artifact-id in DNG is an auto-generated number ? If it is like that, then it is clear that on the second server, artifact-Ids are generated once again from the last number which was used for artifact-id, but then what about link compatibility, if the artifact id is used in some http link.? wil the link still be valid ?

How did you do the export/import? If you use a Word document, a new artifact ID will always be generated. If you use ReqIF format, a new artifact ID is generated for the first import, but there should be no changes on subsequent attempts. If you are trying to update existing artifacts, you should consider using the CSV format.
