Is Error 400 expected after attempted RM "Remove" of Locked artifact in locked module by test user as an Author

Hugh Lippincott (199) | asked Feb 01 '19, 6:34 p.m.

While testing as only an author in the DNG RM (Requirements Management/6.0.6) sandbox on a module locked by others, I selected a locked artifact and was apparently allowed to “Remove” that artifact.

I had expected to be denied to use that command, or to get an error window that reported it locked.

However the Removal did not complete and I got the error below.

Note that this module and its artifacts were deliberately locked by the administrator such that they should not be allowed to be changed, just copied.  The copied version of the module allowed “Remove”al of such an artifact, as designed.

This seems to me to be a defect in the error detection/reporting
