Hi Saumya,

Can you check are able to ping the hostname, are you able to get the response.

Are you able to login into https://hostname:9443/jts/setup

When you are using public URI getting error ?

Do you have DNS alias for the hostname?

Regards,
Arun.

There is more information than just the error number in the message, I believe. Read that and check the log files of the JTS.

See: https://jazz.net/forum/questions/114883/help-with-crjaz1579e-error-on-step-1-when-running-custom-setup

There are many reasons why it could fail. Most noticeable Windows users that install into Program files (which they shouldn't) and don't start the cmd  to start the server as admin. Too few memory,....

Since you avoid to explain the topology (see How should I ask a question in the Forum if I want to receive useful answers? to improve) nothing anyone can say.

The logs are in <InstallDir>/server/logs (if it is not there, you failed to create the cmd as Administrator.
