How do I make Check-boxes show up in RQM defect form?
I used the enumeration type field in a Task form for a project and it worked perfectly. I tried the same in the defect form and only the field label is showing up. Like some hidden field is covering the area where the check-boxes should be. |

Double check the Inline Work Item Editor of the Defect work item type in RTC. That's the editor that gets invoked within RQM.

Okay instead of creating a new enumeration field, I reused the field from the other project and it works perfectly. I am not sure what was different. Both were of the same type - Environment Found In (Enumeration List) |

What exactly is an "RQM defect form". Is it the dialog you see when you try to create a new defect from within an RQM artifact?
Yes.
