Installation Manager says my credentials are invalid

For downloading RTC IDE 6.0.4 M3, Installation Manager says my jazz.net credentials are invalid, yet I can log into Jazz.net community with those credentials with no problem.

It works for me with my jazz.net credentials.

Do you use the web installer or manually add a repository URL to an existing Installation Manager? If the latter, what URL do you use?
