No. RPE cannot connect to any database. We cannot use RPE for reporting from database directly.

I have a database SQL Server and I want use this database to create my reports
Is there a way to connect to the database with IBM RPE?
or it's impossible?

We can use RPE to report from any tool that provides standard XML output or a REST interface. You cannot connect to the database with RPE.
