Error CRJAZ1575E when defining Focal Point as a Friend in RRC

Raz Dotan (261913) | asked May 04 '13, 3:11 a.m.
 Hi,
I'm trying to define Focal Point as friend for RRC. I'm using Focal Point 6.5.0.2 and RRC 4.01.
I'm getting the following error:
An error occurred while requesting the root services document from server "https://tlvibmrmpoc1.verint.corp.verintsystems.com/fp/services/rootservices". Please check the URL and try again.ID CRJAZ1575E

I defined the following Root Services URI:
http://tlvibmrmpoc1.verint.corp.verintsystems.com/fp/services/rootservices
I also tried:
https://tlvibmrmpoc1.verint.corp.verintsystems.com/fp/services/rootservices

Any idea?
Thanks
Raz

.Hi Raz, in my setup it is like http://< yourserver> : <portnumber> /fp/resources/rootservices

Also you may want to make sure the root services URL returns the list of rdf resources when you access directly from browser.

Hi,

Thanks Indradri Basu, I did try also the URL format you provided. the problem is that when I test this URL from the browser, I'm asked to provide username and password.

Any idea?

Thanks

Someone found the answer, because I'm with the same problem.

I did already test the URL and it returns the RDF with resources, but when I'm trying make the Focal Point as Friend (Outbound) on CCM or Jazz the following message shows:

An error occurred while requesting an OAuth consumer key from server "https://<myip>:9443/fp/resources/rootservices".ID CRJAZ1578E
