Why do I get this error message when trying to save a test script?

Unable to save Test Script
'Save Test Script' Failed.
An error response was received from the Jazz Team Server. Status=400. Message: CRJAZ1848E To perform the "Save Test Script" operation, the user (userid="rpdias@br.ibm.com") must have one of the following licenses that are installed on the server: Quality Professional-Floating, Practitioner-Floating. The server administrator can assign licenses.

Are you setup with a floating license in Jazz Team Server>Users>Clicking on your name?

Hi. Thanks. It seems I have a contributor unlocked floating license.

I was told to request access to repository as it seems I didn't have it.
