Manage this project area - Work items - Why can I not open workflows

I use to be able to access work flows in the manage project area but now when I click on the work flow link nothing happnen's.

Hi Karen,
What is web browser you are using? Could you try another one? Also what is your RTC version?

I am working in Firefox 17.06 / IE 8.0  does not work in either browser Version of RTC: 4.0.2

In order to further troubleshooting we need output from Firebug. Could you install an start Firebug and reproduce the issue to check what are the queries going to the server? It is worth of going to net/XHR tab to see if you did not have any errors there. I would suggest you to open new PMR for the support. Alternatively you can use Eclipse client to manage workflows.

Thank you...I will submit the pmr with Firebug info. I checked on the net/XHR tab and nothing is shown. Thank you for your replies
