Group Membership not Visible

We have two environments, quality and production, both configured with LDAP (MS AD)
In quality when Jazz Admin selects a user account account he can see the group membership from rights side panel, (group name is selected) while in production the group membership is not visible. (all group names are not selected)

can some one help to see which configuration needs to be double check.

Hi Arun, Thank you for the support, I solved the issues with the following two Properties in Advance Properties of Server 'Group Member Property' and 'Find Groups for Users' by removing the (s) from members.
