Hi
How do we import test artifacts (QM), requirements (RM) and defect records (CCM) together with complete traceability.
 
Is there any utility available?
 
RQM, RRC, RTC versions are 3.0.1.2

one way is using Excel Importer, but only support exporting QM and RM artifacts and linked to each other.

Yes you could use the excel importer to import the test artifacts (test cases, test scripts) linked with requirements.
Below is a fine technote that explains the linkage between requirements, test cases and test scripts using a sample excel and configuration file.
