BIRT with RTC 4.0 Client compatability issues

We run RTC on a disconnected network, IE we can't get to any p2 sites for updating our Eclipse Clients with the BIRT tools, so we need a way to update the client with BIRT capability.

I've tried adding the plugins and features from all the BIRT dependencies manually to my Eclipse client and doing a -clean startup and that doesn't take.  So I went out and pulled down an Eclipse BIRT all in one (mulitple versions, but as per the link

https://jazz.net/forum/questions/87933/birt-plug-for-clm-40-is-the-same-for-301

,2.6.2) and tried installing the RTC Client on top of the BIRT all in one.  No dice, I get the following:

Some features are missing....

Feature "org.eclipse.equinox.p2.user.ui.R362patch" is missing

Feature "org.eclipse.help.R362patch" is missing

Feature "org.eclipse.platform.R362patch" is missing

Feature "org.eclipse.jdt.R362patch" is missing

Feature "org.eclipse.pde.R362patch" is missing

Feature "org.eclipse.rcp.R363patch" is missing

So my question is how do I get those patches and install them on a disconnected network.  In the interim I'll try adding the RTC  client on top of BIRT 3.7.2 and see if that takes.

Thanks is advance,

Dane

Looks like starting with BIRT 3.7.2 all in one installer and installing the RTC Client on top of that works.

Yes, this is the best way I have been aware of if you have a disconnected network.

An RTC 4.0 server will only work with BIRT 3.6.2.X reports.
