Custom BIRT Report with RTC Custom Report Widget

I am trying to get my custom report that I created with BIRT to be available for use in the Custom Report Widget.

I have installed my custom report into RTC and can confirm that it works from the Reports menu. However, when I add the Custom Reports Widget to my dashboard and click configure. My report does not appear in the list to choose.
