Data warehouse not updated after successful data collection jobs
Hi,
We are using RTC v3.0.1.2 with RRDI for reporting, both running on 64-bit and 32-bit WAS servers respectively. Initially, the data warehouse was always being updated correctly after running the data collection jobs. However, after switching RTC to using Microsoft AD for authentication, it seems that the data warehouse has stopped getting updated eventhough the data collection jobs were successful. No new work items created in RTC shows in the data warehouse either. I have even tried running full collection jobs without any luck. The data warehouse user is a valid user in AD. I have checked all the logs and there does not seem to be any errors.
Can anybody provide some advise, recommendations or workaround?
