No preview available of a sketch in RRC3.0

When I select a "User Interface Sketch" in RRC3 there is no preview available of the drawing. I have to push on the "Edit" button to view the drawing. In my Sandbox of RRC4 it is working perfect. It is not possible to upgrade at this moment in the project. Anybody an idea why it is not available?

In Rational Requirements Composer (RRC) there is a Converter.war application that is used to render the read-only view of RRC V3/V4 graphical artifacts and is an independent application that is deployed along with the RRC Requirements Management (RM) application.

So if you are not seeing the preview then the converter application has a problem. Do you see any problems in the server log around the converter.war?

Also which server OS is it running on, as there are only limited OS where it will work. This wiki provides more information for setting up the server:

I have not seen this error before, it is probably best to open a PMR with support so they can ask all the normal questions (ie - does it happen with all artifacts, etc..) and then escalate if needed.
