Browser is "8.0.7601.17514 64-bit Edition"

RRC server and Jazz platform are "3.0.1.2"

When i take the action to edit a visual artifact, in RRC, I get the following error message:
"This browser is not supported.hide details
ID CRRRW7385W  The browser you are using for editing, browsing, or viewing graphical artifacts is not supported. You might experience unexpected behavior. The editor is supported only on Firefox 3.6 and Internet Explorer 7 and 8."

Am I doing something wrong on IE 8?

Hi Eduardo,

You can install the plugin on IE8, but not the 64-bit version.  You'll need to install it using the 32-bit version of IE for it to install properly (or use FF).  Hope it helps,
