Unable use "Import" option for RQM from Excel

Hi Team,
We were able to use Excel to RQM import option for https://igarqm01.swg.usma.ibm.com instance but same we are not able to "https://bhx002.pok.ibm.com:9444" instance. While importing it is giving an error as "Error sending artifact 0 of type testscript to url https://bhx002.pok.ibm.com:9444".

Can you please help us in identifying and resolving the issue. Please let me know if you need the log file details.

would you please attach the Mso2Rqm_Debug.log file? or send me through email if there's any confidential informaiton there.

Hi Prasad, does the user on the server https://bhx002.pok.ibm.com:9444, has the permission the create testscript and testcase? would you please have a try on RQM UI?
and I think the RQM server "https://bhx002.pok.ibm.com:9444" is 3.0, and what's the version of Excel Importer?
