RQM -> RTC: Failed test case steps in defect description

All,

I thought at one point a defect submitted to RTC from RQM had the steps of the TCER in the RTC work item description...

Is this no longer the case?

I tested in a couple of versions(v4.x and 5.x) and it always behaves the same.
If creating a new defect from any failed step, the steps up to the failed one will be included in the description of defect as a part of "reproduce" info, I am not sure what you mean "had the steps of the TCER" in the post:
