LDAP Connection timed out

Hi

I got the error below when testing connection in WAS admin page:

Global security > Standalone LDAP registry > Config

Is there anything I can do, beside asking network admin to look into that?

ErrorSECJ7340E: Exception raised trying to connect to LDAP server: NamingException: zzz.gov.on.ca:389 java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect
