How to customize the login screen of the web UI?

Hi,

I would like to customize the login screen of the RTC Web UI.

Specifically, I would like to

    * change the message "The server localhost at Jazz requires a user ID and password:"
    * add an additional message with a link to the primary administrative contact for the server, and some information about the terms of use.
