Plan Widget Not Turning Red
It looks like the plan widget for the dashboard is not working properly. Our plan shows that we are behind when we view the actual plan; i.e. the progress bar shows some red as RTC knows we are behind in our hours. However, the plan widget shows only green for the same plan in the plan widget in the dashboard, even though the hover-over provides the correct progress information (that we are behind).
This is providing misleading information and is a regression from 2.0.0.2. Is there some workaround or patch to remedy this bug?

This sounds like a defect to me, and I did not find any work items that were already reported about this. I recommend creating a work item here:

I have this problem now with RTC V3.0.1.5 and with RTC 3.0.1.6. (no red bars in Plan widget in dashboard).
I didn't had this problem with RTC V2.0.0.2.
A PMR was opened, I was told this is fixed with

This is available again in RTC V4.0 as enhancement request.
