 I'm getting black pages when I try to add ClearQuest Query, and I can not select the repository,

Is there a friends relationship setup setup to CQ? Did you upgrade recently? The error message on the screen shot seems to imply that you are not logged into ClearQuest.

I saw similar just after upgrade from 407 to 501. The login text in the  widget is completely wrong rendered and the "loading"inside is never ending. The logon link is not working. 

What I then did, was opening a Workitem where I knew, there is a link to CQ, open Link tab, hover over the CQ link and there I got a logon in the rich hover which worked. After this the Widget are working.

I do not know if this is a persistent solution or only until the cached  logon is expired.
