Migration from RC3 to 06M1

M0 and RC3 have the same table structure, so you can migrate directly from
RC3 to 0.6M1.

We have changed the migration format. So you need to get the new 0.6M0
repository tools RCP app to do an export.The document

talks about the steps needed to migrate the data from 0.6M0 to Beta1.
