Attachment attribute is invisible.

Hi,
I am adding attachment field which is 'non attribute based presentation into the editor presentation but after adding it and save it is not visible to work item. It is visible only editor presentation.
Why this is happened and what is the procedure for adding the attachment field?

Attachments are not attribute based - and thus you can not see them as attribute. You can only show them in an editor presentation. So it works as designed, as far as i know.
