Where is the Plan Overview?

I was reading the documentation of RTC (IBM Rational Help pages) and saw the section named "Text formatting syntax for plans" where it explains that we can use wiki syntax to edit plan overview.
You can use the wiki syntax for editing plan overviews and additional pages. Formatting includes bold text, bulleted and numbered lists, tables, and links to work items and external websites.
To use formatting syntax for plans, in the Rational® Team Concert™ web client, click the Edit Page icon (Edit page). The plan editor uses the WikiCreole wiki editing syntax.
It is very nice that we can use the wiki syntax, but.... this can be a strange question but I don't know where is the plan overview in RTC web client. I am not sure which section they talk about. They also mention "additional pages" and also I am not sure where this is.
