how to set scm share timeout

Hello,
I use share command and got following problem, how can I set the scm share timeout value to higher?? I can not find the preferences.propert...

> scm share -r test "external(Saphen)" "server-3.0" server-3.0
Uploading files...
Problem running 'share':
Timeout while communicating with repository. Increase the timeout in com.ibm.
m.filesystem.client.FileSystemCore$UserConfigDir@36483648/preferences.propert
by setting "repository.timeout" to a higher value.

The issue you have hit is described in https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/158878. The location of the file depends on whether you are on windows or Linux. On Linux, it is in the .jazz_scm folder of your user directory. On Windows, it is in the application data folder which differs depending on what version of Windows you are using.

 The defect said its resolved. I am running the same in 502 but still it appearing.
