> scm share -r test "external(Saphen)" "server-3.0" server-3.0
Uploading files...
Problem running 'share':
Timeout while communicating with repository. Increase the timeout in com.ibm.
m.filesystem.client.FileSystemCore$UserConfigDir@36483648/preferences.propert
by setting "repository.timeout" to a higher value.

The issue you have hit is described in https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/158878. The location of the file depends on whether you are on windows or Linux. On Linux, it is in the .jazz_scm folder of your user directory. On Windows, it is in the application data folder which differs depending on what version of Windows you are using.
