Linking iteration to release memo and build

Jason Kissinger (7143) | asked Jan 16 '09, 6:03 p.m.
At the end of each iteration, we send out a 'release memo' to all interested parties, with some text describing what was accomplished, how to get/use the build, outstanding issues, etc.

What is the Jazz way to do this? So we can stop doing this manually and easily link it to the real data.

We have a 'formal' build definition which creates jars, performs a maven site generation and deploys them to our maven repository. And I was hoping to add link to jazz build page, this maven repo link, plus some boilterplate text, etc to the iteration plan so that the web ui users can access all information about what was accomplished during the iteration.

Thoughts?
