Clearcase perspective in RTC
Hi,
I have installed RTC 3.0, but i do not clearcase perspective in it...should i install some other fix pack for it? I want to migrate sourcecode from clearcase 7.0 to rtc 3.0 Regrds, Swapna |

To migrate source code, if it is just the tip of one branch, you would
just point at the location on disk where a ClearCase view is stored, and use the "share" (no need for a clearcase perspective). If you are migrating multiple parallel branches (or want to include some history), then you'd need to use the ClearCase Synchronizer/Importer. To set that up, you'll want to install the ClearCase Synchronizer (available on the All Downloads page of RTC). There is a ClearCase Synchronizer view included with the standard RTC client, but you will need to install the ClearCase Synchronizer in order to actually perform the synchronization/import.
