Suggestion on java sdk 1.6 for CLM 502 end of lifecycle

Hi,
We have CLM 502 version with WAS 8.0.0.12 and JAVA 1.6 FP35 but JAVA 1.6 end of lifecycle is on April 2018 so planning to upgrade to WAS 8.5.5 version. This WAS version comes with JAVA 1.8 and also java 1.6 as well.

Does CLM 502 version will support for JAVA 1.8 ? Which version of java SDK need to upgrade?

As per the system requirement for CLM 502 will support java SDK 1.6

Hi Om,

CLM does not currently support Java 8.  If you are remaining on 5.0.2, you need to stay on Java 6.  If you're on 6.x, you can move to Java 7 but still not Java 8.  If you are on 6.0.3 or higher, you must use Java 7.1.3.60 or a higher Java 7 SDK level.  Hope it helps,
