Are the following project types being supported by VS client plugin?

1).dtporj
2).dwproj
3).rtproj
4).dbproj

If so, are there any precautions to be taken while enabling the Jazz source control bindings?

Officially, any project type created in a supported version of Visual Studio is supported by Rational Team Concert. I am not aware of any limitations in storing these projects artifacts in RTC's source control.
