RTC 6.0.2 integration with visual studio

Hi,
I am getting confusion when I am integrating RTC 6.0.2 with visual studio 2010.
I need clarification on the items below:
1. How to send invitation for team members?
2. Under which tab our code will appear in RTC?
3. Can we get the code from RTC if we have access on project area (without invitation)?
4. How values will be populated under Build, Plans, Reports, Source Control and Work Items.
5. Can we access code from share point?
Please help me in this.
