Getting DW data (not live)
Hey guys, may be you can help me here.
We are looking for some guidance (tutorial, step by step, etc) for getting DW data (not live xml data) on Insight.
Can you share with me any guidance doc or tutorial for doing this? Is there any official way to do this?
BTW do you have any other guidance for getting XML live data? I want to be sure that I am doing things correctly.

Hi Gonzalo,
At a high level, in order to make use of the data warehouse you must:
1. set up the ETL process to load data from the source systems you need into the warehouse
2. define your reports to work off of the RIDW data source in Insight
In order to set up the ETL process you may also have to connect to the data sources using the XML Data Configuration tool.
