Check the list of support operating systems - that will tell you if RTC supports Windows Server.

You can potentially have a clash between the Jazz server and the web apps/server on this machine if the ports clash. If there is a clash - then editing the configuration file for the jazz server will fix that. I can't think of any other potential clashes.

Check out the installation instructions for the Jazz server, that should give you more info.
