Query movement between iterations?

I could not find a way to query workitems which have moved across iterations.
e.g.
1)query all workitems which were moved out of the Current iteration
2)query all workitems which were moved into the Current iteration

It seems to be a pretty fundamental requirement for project management, so I assume it's more a lack of understanding on my part - could someone please point me in the right direction?

many thanks

Hi,

I am not so sure this would be currently possible with queries.
The information you would need would be in the history of the work item. This is not accessible to queries I believe.

It might be possible to use a report though. Have you looked there?
Otherwise you might consider to submit a work item.

This is correct. Historical states of a work item are currently not
queryable.
