Hello,

Would someone be able to tell me where I can fix this error that keeps popping up? And what is the source? This occurs for two instances for me:

1. When I try to create a work item in the web client (clicking the green plus sign) I receive this error:

TypeError: _158 is null


2. In the rich client, I have a view in my plans that groups by Tag. When I try to select this view in the web client, I receive this error:

TypeError: _b(_10, _e) is undefined

Can someone please help me address this as soon as possible? We are trying to roll-out RTC to our organization and it is discouraging to users when they see these errors.

Using RTC 2.0 Enterprise Ed.

Can you provide what the version you are working with?

You may also be able to see more a more meaningful message if you use the debug=true parameter, e.g.,

Hi,

We have upgraded to RTC 2.0.0.2 but the problem still persists. When I try to create a work item, I still receive the "TypeError: _158 is null" message. The weird thing is that after I acknowledge the error box and switch to a different view via the "View As:" drop down box, the blank work item then appears.

Can you try to recreate the problems again with the debug=true to get a trace and verify it is the same problem? Also please again provide the driver level.

Also be sure to clear your browse cache after upgrading.

Hi Larry,

The upgrade was done by our RTC focal point (we are in Toronto, server is in SVL).

It seems the error only happens for a specific View which I had customized in the 'Plan Mode' option in the Process Configuration.
