How can you stop RTC erroneous approval emails?
![]() In RTC 6.0.1 iFix12, we found that sometimes the email that is generated for overdue approvals continues to be sent, even after the approval is approved/rejected or removed entirely. How can we stop these invalid emails?

![]() What fixed it THIS time (thanks to an answer from a PMR) is that we changed the status a couple times. And it cleared up.
