Method Composer - Publishing does not finish

I am using IBM Engineering Lifecycle Optimization - Method Composer v7.6.2.1 and am trying to do a build/publish with a library that was created over 4 years ago. Using the library, I am able to create everything I need in MEC (formally RMC) that I need to. I am now trying to do a Publish and the publish never finishes, it just says 'Copying Files' and the message on the bottom says 'Persistence for tag query'. Following are my publishing options that I am using. I haven't used the tool in over 4 years but need to get things figured out so we can start using it again. Any help would be appreciated.
