Publishing from MEC only displays on IE and Edge, not Chrome

I've downloaded MEC and built up a configuration describing a single activity within a process. When I publish this to HTML, the result only displays on IE (Version11) or Edge. I am using the Classic skin. When I try to use Chrome, I just get the bar across the top but with no icons. Nothing else displays.

In the readme page there is this:

If using Google Chrome to browse a website published with the "MEC Simple" skin using file:// protocol, then you must launch Chrome with the switch "--allow-file-access-from-files".
Interestingly, that also sorts the problem using the "Classic" skin as above.

Keith, nice to "hear" from you. Which version of MEC?

Thanks Keith for bringing this to our attention.  I'll revise the readme accordingly.
