Hi we have an issue right now, after we applied the custom workflow on the communities, the approved assets was automatically change to classification without any editing. Right now we want to generate the report listing of all the approved assets that moved to Classification state by Repository process. Is it possible to generate this from web UI via search query? If not kindly provide us the other options.

Hi

If I have understood correctly. It's not possible to generate a query asking what assets have changed state. This would require a new specialized function/application in RAM.
As you are aware that you can see this information in the asset history details, but this cant be turned into a specialized query report.

It sounds like it would need something similar to what the specialized IBM Rational ClearQuest "Audit Trail Package" provides.

"..Many companies today must satisfy a variety of record-keeping requirements imposed by various regulatory statutes or agencies, such as how audit trails and electronic signatures must be applied to electronic record-keeping systems...."

It basically records action and state change, and appears to be needed in today's world.

If I have understood your need and you need something similar in RAM, please submit an RFE/Feature Request:

- IBM RFE Community

If you select Rational, it will take you to:

I hope this helps
