Is is possible to copy a single Enumerated Type Definition form one project to another

 I Know I can import the entire project template but I do not want to do that as there is lots of other stuff I do not want. I just want to  copy 1 or 2 enumerated types from one project to another.

The Enumerated lists are quite long so I wanted to avoid having to simply create them manually - with the potential for errors!
