Look Up Term links to base artifact

To be more precise, it's a common choice to organize requirements in modules by reusing the base artifacts, but it's not actually required. For example you can organize base artifacts using folders, and group them using collections.
Terms are always base artifacts, and are always looked up as base artifacts. You can group terms using a collection, or you can reuse terms in a module if you want to organize them but the look up will always show the base artifacts and term links always go to the Term base artifact.
