Unable to extract the RQMS file

 While Extracting the RQMS file after selecting the "Run offline" I see a .netframework popup and the extraction is not completed. 


The popup says " Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click continue,the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. Methods with System.Color parameters or return type cannot be invoked via IDispatch"

Note: Clicking continue doesn't help

Used ETMExcelWordImporter-7.0.2 

Please help.

Could you try installing ETM Excel Importer plugin using either of ETMExcelImporterSetupForDotNET45.msi (MS Office 32-bit) or ETMExcelImporterSetupX64ForDotNET45.msi (MS Office 64-bit) and check if that allows you to import RQMS file?

Mehul, Thanks for the reply. I tried installing both of them mentioned above one after other, but couldn't find any "add-in"  menu created. Regards,

Raza, Please refer Wiki : ETM menu does not appear in Excel or Word after installation for add-in menu related issue.  It seems like you are hit by defect#188901 (ETM Word Excel Importer : Excel hangs on importing rqms file (only on non .Net 64 bit variant)) which got fixed in v703 M3 build.
