Test Data Entry

 Whenever I enter Test Data in Quality Manager, it makes me select a .csv file which must have variable information in the 1st row and then while publishing, it transposes the same information and gets published. This increases the rework where we need to enter data in .csv file in opposite manner and then it gets published in transposed format. I want this procedure of entering data to be changed such that while attaching .csv file, I don't have to enter the variable information in 1st row, rather I want variable information in the 1st column and the same to be published.
