Error 400: Cannot access non-friend URI for ETM URL when running a custom report from RQM/ETM
We have a template created in RPE that works fine from the RPE Studio and fetches the data from the RQM.
However, on importing the template to RQM using the Create Report Resouce option, we notice the following error in the UI:
Error 400: Cannot access non-friend URI https://<hostname>/qm/oslc_qm/contexts/_Sg9xkv3wEeGbwYU5D_4p1w/resources/com.ibm.rqm.planning.VersionedTestCase
What could be the reason?

It was identified that the Query Base parameter in the report template contained a default URL that did not match the ELM server.
Updating the query base parameter in the data source definition of the template helped address the issue.
